Comprehensive briefing by the client, including company history, philosophy, organisational structure, and all details of the position to be filled.

Preparation of detailed assignment profile with recommendations for methods of selection, search areas, timing and costs.

- Assessment of candidates by interview. Assistance in arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
- Follow-up of successful placement with both client and candidate.

We firmly believe in the principle of key accountability, namely having the principal consultant involved at the client briefing taking full responsibility for the assignment from start up to completion, thus providing a total personal service to the client.
